Shipping and delivery

A job is delivered inside your account in the studio. Pages appear one by one as they are built. You can close the tab at any time: we email you when your notes are ready, and you can open them later from any device by signing in with the same email address. Your notes stay in the studio, with every version, until you delete them.

• A4 PDF: one file with every page of the version you choose, ready to print or read on a tablet.
• PNG images: one image per page, packed together in a zip file.

A download link is valid for about 10 minutes. If it expires, open the job and download again. Export files are kept for 7 days, and you can make a new export at any time.

A short chapter usually takes a few minutes, and a full set of 60 pages takes longer. The studio shows progress page by page, and you can leave at any time.

• If the build fails, the job stops and the payment is refunded in full automatically. See the refunds and cancellations policy.
• If a few planned pages could not be made, the job finishes without them and tells you which ones. The same policy explains the partial refund.
• If a job seems stuck for more than an hour, write to us from the contact page with the link to the job.
